Warmer weather has never felt better. Here in late fall in the Canary Islands, the weather is beautiful, stable, and dry. Unlike the humid heat of the American Midwest, a gentle breeze still allows for comfortable living aided by the shade of the boat.
Every morning we wake up to several new cruise ships that came in during the night, as Santa Cruz is one of the handful of popular tourist destinations for those living our life a little quicker and a little more lavishly. We had a couple familiar ships, having seen Mein Schiff 7 in A Coruña a month ago. The city bustles with visitors nearly every day, and large parts are obviously catered to them with casinos, jewelry stores, and all sorts of high fashion and sneaker outlets.
